Pushp Trading Company (P) Ltd., an ISO 9001-2008 accredited Company, engaged in supplying of premium quality aluminium profiles, ACP, polycarbonate roofing sheets, and other building materials.

Our journey began in the year 1946 with a strong commitment to providing excellent quality aluminium products, suitable for both architectural uses and industrial uses. Industries such as aviation, railways, defence and heavy electronics have all gained and benefitted from our vast knowledge resources and our untiring dedication to serve our clients. Today, our enterprise is surging ahead purely on the merit of implementing new business ethics and modern practices along with dedicated and positive attitude team which enhances our product quality. Our strength lies in our ability to focus on every detail while not losing attention on the overall structure.

Aluminum Factory

Aluminum extrusion is a technique used to transform aluminum alloy into objects with a definitive cross-sectional profile for a wide range of uses. The extrusion process makes most of aluminum’s unique combination of physical characteristics. Its malleability allows it to be easily machined and cast, and yet aluminum is one third the density and stiffness of steel, so the resulting products offer strength and stability, mainly when alloyed with other metals.

Modern Structure

Technological development of these materials in the 1990s and 2000s has expanded the applications for composite cladding beyond that of simple clapboard siding. Composite panels have existed in the industry for many years and are used in many other areas such as signage and decorative finishes. When used in signage or for shop fitting, the composite panels range up to around one-quarter-inch thick. Each panel is usually comprised of aluminum, copper, or zinc finishes on the face side, which, in turn, sandwiches a polymer-based material internally. The approximate thickness of the metal outer skin may be 0.019 inch or around 24 gauge; the polymer component would be approximately 5⁄32 inch. This allows the sheet that is created to be formed or rolled and minimizes bulk metal costs and keeps weight at a minimum while providing good thermal characteristics

Metal Tubes

When aluminum is passed between rolls under pressure, it becomes thinner and longer in the direction in which it is moving. This simple process is the basis for producing aluminum plate, sheet and foil. Sheet, the most widely used form of industrial aluminum, is used in applications including aerospace (the skins of planes), transportation (auto body sheet), packaging (can bodies and ends) and construction (building facades).

Stained Glass

A polycarbonate sheet also known as polycarbonate panel is a good replacement for glass, acrylic and other polyethylene membranes. It presents desirable features including high impact strength which can be more than 200 times greater than tempered glass, has UV protection and better aesthetic value, and is bulletproof and lightweight. It also has flame resistance, flexibility, energy efficiency and weather resistance attributes; it is mainly composed of polycarbonate, a group of polymers that has great strength.

Glass Window

At Pushp, we are committed to providing a fast reaction, independent advisory service for any business using aluminium and its alloys. We have vast experience in application, design support and supply chain development for raw material, components and assemblies. Combining practical experience and expertise, we have the credentials to provide the very best in aluminium solutions.

We have a specific goal of providing a link between demanding applications and the various technologies available to support them. Our objective is to provide excellent advisory support in all aspects of the industry to current and potential users of aluminium alloys, worldwide.

Futuristic Tunnel

Silicone glue is a type of adhesive that contains silicon and oxygen atoms, making it a good water-resistant solution. It is used in many areas because of its stability, both chemically and thermally. Silicone glue is also resistant to weathering and moisture, unlike many other adhesives.

This versatile substancecomes in different forms that you can mix or use as a single product. It can be formulated for use on a wide selection of surfaces and can also be adapted for use withorganic solvents and acidic chemicals. Able to withstand hot and cold temperatures, silicone glue is a top choice in many bonding applications.
